Decided to go against my doubt for estate agents and called Dexters to see if they could arrange a viewing for me. I can highly recommend Dexters, especially the very helpful staff member (Tyler Dennis) who was very proactive and helpful in catering to my property preferences. I appreciated the level of honesty and his easygoing approach in dealing with what is now a "crazy" property market.

GoogleGoing through the hassle of trying to sell and buy a house, Dexters was of great help both with the valuation of our house and helping find us our next move. Gabriel in particular was outstanding. From the get go he was helpful, proactive in helping us with our search, very professional and knowledgeable (he will be able to give you the history of each house you visit and answer any and all questions you have which isn’t always the case) and he was a delight to deal with. We were in touch with a few agencies in the area during our search and can honestly say no one compared to Gabriel. I would absolutely recommend. ( i’d also recommend having Jack around for a valuation if you’re thinking of selling!)

I have recently reported a couple of issues and the property managers have responded quickly and sorted them out within a reasonable time. Staff working in the property management team and the contractors have been so far helpful, professional and friendly. One suggestion for improvemenr: having a dedicated phone line or chat, or access to an online form to report non-emergency issues.

He is a very rare breed of agent that actually prepares before he shows a property and so can answer the key questions buyers have. He assessed exactly what we were looking for and understood what we didn't want (which most ignore). He didn't try to gloss over any areas and was really knowledgeable. Having bought properties myself for 10+ years I was really impressed with the depth of knowledge George has and how helpful he was. I would highly recommend him.

GoogleAfter reaching out to nearly all the estate agents in the area, it was a breath of fresh air meeting George, Gabriel and Rory! Most agents didn’t really listen to what we were looking for in our next purchase, some were quite rude, others forgetful etc. After seeing over 30 properties in the area, I was fairly over it by the time I met the team at Dexters. However they listened to our needs and the first place they showed us (which I hadn’t requested to view) is now our future home! Throughout the process they have been on the ball, proactive, helpful and upbeat which has made it a really smooth and fairly stress-free experience. Very important when heavily pregnant! All the way through they have been supportive and considerate. They respond quickly to emails and are always available on the phone. Getting the house on the market was quick and super professional, they gave me regular updates throughout, and they kept up frequent viewings until we sold the flat (pretty quickly!). The team themselves were all lovely, supportive and always made it feel like our sale was a priority, whoever in the team I was dealing with, and they did a great job of keeping the chain updated through all the ins and outs of the sale process! I would thoroughly recommend them!
