Connor and Martin have called to confirm if there are any concerns. Tbh we have very good tenants as they keep the property well and I am good to them too repairing things rapidly when needed. This makes our relationship work well. The agents also make sure that both the tenants and landlord have their needs met.

My nightmare and my daily struggle for almost a month. It's just impossible to deal with the agency. They keep delaying responses and adding new people to the conversation causing it to be extended to almost a month. I've spent so many hours and money with solicitors for something that is simple. I would give less than 1 star if I could. It's just extremely disappointing.
