Gabriel and his sales team are unique, I have dealt with many agents in the Clapham area, whilst trying to sell my property, but he and his team outshone other high street agents. With their knowledge of the market, the area, accurate valuations, the honest unbias advice, their ability to generate numerous viewings and professional/friendly personality that you can trust. The other key factor for using Dexters is the close genuine working relationship with their other offices, which gives a wider area of properties and potential buyers. Compared to other agents who don't cross-sell or have their own agendas. Thanks.

After unsuccessfully trying to sell my flat with various other estate agents, we transferred it to Dexters, and wow what a difference! For me, the two biggest differences were how impressively proactive Dexters were in getting viewings in and marketing the property, and also how fantastic our manager, Gabriel, was at keeping us informed and generating ideas to help going forwards. I really felt that my property was important to them, which had been lost with the previous estate agents we'd used. The after sale support was also incredible. We had some difficult negotiations but Gabriel spent a huge amount of time with us to ensure everything went smoothly. Couldn't recommend Dexters more highly!

I was looking to rent my flat out so went through the usual process of ringing all the local agents and making appointments for them to come view my home. I saw a variety of people from sleazy guys who wore too much cologne up to lovely Tatiana who stood out as being friendly as well as professional. She has been so incredibly efficient and kind, quickly responding to my questions, never being pushy and made my decision to choose Dexter’s an easy one. The day I went in to sign the forms she was able to send the team around as well as a photographer. Her colleagues are also charming. Within a couple of days I had tenants lined up for my flat. I have never gone through this process before but I cannot think of a way it could have been less painless or straightforward. Thank you.

Buying a property being sold via Dexters was one of the worst experiences of my life. They failed to determine that the property they were selling had a Japanese knotweed issue costing us time and money. We were constantly harassed for updates even after we had given them, then threatened with the seller choosing another bidder. I will never go near this Estate Agent again.

Landlords beware!!! Thanks to this company ignoring instructions and locking me into a two year fixed priced contract with no break clauses I am losing money. But they of course are only interested in securing themselves for two years. Never heard of no break clauses but Dexters look after themselves. BEWARE OF HENDON OFFICE!!!

Incompetent top to bottom.I rent out nearly 30 properties with Dexters and have done so for a number of years. Their letting service has always been very patchy but recently they have surpassed themselves by getting pretty much every transaction wrong. Go elsewhere (as I am going to do).
