I am a client of 2 Dexters branches

I am a client of 2 Dexters branches. One works very well because there is an individual who can take responsibility and get things done. 5 stars. At the other branch, I have no single contact and when I call the letting branch they say maintenance is not their responsibility (despite being the managers) and I am referred to the property management people (not sure where they are located ) but then still no single person takes responsibility. It can be a very trying experience finding someone who will actually do anything to help

Dexters Property Management

Dexters have been fully managing our property since August have done a great job. We, unfortunately, had a major leak that damaged the property all the way from the top floor to the lower ground floor, and this was just five days before the new corporate client was supposed to move in. The team too swift action to get the house ready for the tenant to live in while the longer term damage could be repaired. They even worked with our insurance company to process the claim. It has been a very stress free (despite the extent of the damage) and hands off experience for us. We are very pleased we handed over the management of our property to Dexters.

Working with dexters makes my working environment really smooth and easy, they are always organised and on top of things, any issues or problems they always have a solution, also claire from management is always approachable and if there is anything we need or any support or guidance we need she will go over and beyond to help us, working closely along side management team colleagues like graziana, angelo and noura has really made my experience working with dexters great and enjoyable at times as they are always knowledgeable with every barrier we face with move ins, the whole team are great to work with.

I made the mistake of trusting Dexters…

I made the mistake of trusting Dexters again after an initial incident where pure profit over people made me wish I never encountered them, but I loved the look of a place being advertised and couldn't help but at least attempt to see if it was right for me. In the end not only was it a "bait and switch" the property being advertised was already off the market but I 1- got inedadted with irrelevant properties in my inbox 2- was stood up at a viewing that was scheduled and 3 had all of my communication preferences ignored. I won't fall again for the trickery and horrificly unprofessional conduct of Dexters again.

Completely ghosted by an agent after we had already started looking at properties together. Tried to follow up via phone and email multiple times, no reply. A simple email saying „this property isn’t available anymore“ or whatever the reason might be is simply the professional thing to do, and it’s not hard. Will not be contacting them again for my next home search!

Dexters got me excellent tenants in no time, there was only one week between the previous tenants leaving and the current tenants arriving! But I particularly appreciate the management of the tenancy agreement that they provide: Thank you, Myra, for your excellent inspections and for providing me with the right contacts whenever a problem arises. It matters to have confidence in an agent who is always responsive to the needs of the landlord and the tenant. I would recommend Dexters for both finding suitable tenants and for efficiently managing the ensuing agreement.

This office is full of a bunch of liars ! Do not rent a property from these guys , they set you up from the get go , providing you with a property that is uninhabitable with many issues , I’m still waiting for my deposit back !!! This office definitely needs to be looked into - They are not personable or by any means professional , they definitely need training in customer service skills ! I do not understand how any landlord can trust them with their property , do not go with this agency Avoid !!

Of all the letting agents I had utilised during my property search Dexters were by far the most helpful. They had a ready supply of high quality properties that fit our parameters. Our agent, Dunica Sinclair, was extremely communicative and always kept us in the loop. We were send new properties as soon as they were coming into the market and she understood our brief well. She was also very flexible to meet our time restrictions when it came to viewing properties. A flat we had secured through Dexters fell through due to no fault of their own but Dunica and Dexters were very quick to remedy the situation and found us alternative options immediately. Overall the experience with Dexters made what can be a very stressful process as smooth as it could be.
