After being underwhelmed by another local estate agents, the Streatham branch of Andrews showed how it should be done. From Drew's initial meeting, outlining how Andrews do things to getting viewings organised and viewings actually happening!! Drew and Elvis delivered.Once we accepted an offer, they kept in touch, and the progression team (Courtney & Katie) did just that, especially as we had tricky solicitors.We've just completed and will use /recommend Andrews in the future.

GoogleTerrible agents. Didn't advise as a buyer correctly. Was waiting almost a year for a property (in which I was chasing for information) to find out on rightmove that this had been removed from the market. Would not recommend.

As you know the seller is in a difficult situation with having to evict the tenants via the courts of which we made very clear as soon as we were aware of this situation. We had been communicating throughout last year and despite us calling and emailing you to update you in December and again at the start of the year, we were unable to reach you or receive a response. Nothing has changed with the sellers plan and commitment to you despite market values increasing and having checked with rightmove, they confirm the advert was removed automatically on their end due to the length of time the sale has been agreed sstc online and is now back online showing the correct status. If you do still wish to proceed please let us know as we are happy to help wherever we can but if not we wish you the very best of luck in the future with finding an alternative property to buy. Keli showed me one flat which I didn’t end up buying but I was struck by her knowledge of the market- Keli doesn’t dish out usual cliches which is refreshing and she understands property. I’d certainly go back to her to buy or sell a home. I’ve been an investor for a long time and, for me, she stands out as straightforward and efficient.
