GoogleI have been working with property link now for a good few years and I have to say the whole experience has been worth it. They have been on hand at anytime for me when I have needed them and have always went the further mile. Recently I had decided to sell the property I have letting with them and after with a few estate agents I decided the only people who I could trust to do the selling for me was property link. From the very start they have been very professional and friendly. They advised me of the work that needs done and then Sharon from property link came in and did her magic to 'dress' the flat and it looks like a new place, a job well done and money well spent in my mind. So my advice to anyone looking to rent out a property you have or looking to sell is to call the team, they are amazing and will really help guide you through the whole process. I can honestly say I haven't had one bad experience, only good and I know if there is anybody that will help me sell my property will be these guys. 😊 thanks again for all your hard work for me it is really appreciated.

GoogleShocked at this lazy disinterested sham of a company. After driving all the way from Dublin to view a property in Donegal, the very least your office could have done was phone me as promised within 2 days. We had expressed our interest and while I appreciate their were possibly other viewers a simple phone call would have been appreciated. Should have realised by the Agents nonchalent attitude. We will continue to search for a property within the area but will not bother with your office again. I see property is still available. I wonder if the Landord knows how you are conducting his business. Disgusted.

GoogleHonestly the worst estate agents i have ever been through. I heard some horror stories about property link but didn't think much about it. The staff seemed to not care about anything. Some of the employees were very rude and incompetent and they did not care in the slightest about customer service. I recommend going elsewhere for properties because property link are a joke. Also £30 quid for processing a document, im sorry is it hand written in calligraphy or something.

If a problem is well exposed the team is very efficient when it comes to solve it. Got a few problems myself with appliances and everything has been solved within 2 days.
Also very helpful and understanding when it came to the flat hunt, the letting agent was ready to go the extra mile to meet my need.
In general the team is very helpful and understanding. Always keen to satisfy and help the tenants in the different steps of the lease. Application form, rent, notice and repairs. It was good to know I could rely on the agency whenever I needed them.
Was a tenant for a year and definitely had a flawless time in my flat. Would definitely recommend Property Link. 👍🏻

I was so impressed with the service, from the prompt evaluation to the quality of the photos produced for the marketing and of course the care taken at viewings. We were offered the full asking price after the first evening of viewings and completed our sale soon after. I am very grateful for all their efforts a great service and I can highly recommend.

On the date of viewing I contacted the company as property was then listed as sale agreed, as I wanted to confirm someone would be there. Propertylink didn't have the decency to contact me to let me know, offered poor excuse of having wrote my number down wrong.
