GoogleLivvy answered the phone this morning and dealt with all the questions I had about a number of properties in a very informative and friendly manner, and went that extra mile by contacting other members of staff if she did not have the answer directly herself - amazing service! --- Also Sophie is another customer service attendee, and she is amazing - answered all my Qs and went that little extra mile to explain things in detail - no Q was too much! Awesome staff.

GoogleI am and have been a tenant of Property Link for over 5 years. My experience has been that Property Link is an extremely professional and efficient company in respect of all dealings with regards to my tenancy. This translates across the board from my tenancy sign up, to the issuing of online annual tenancy agreements and reporting and responsiveness to repairs. More recently my property went up for sale and Property Link pulled out all the stops to complete the sale with my tenancy assured. All of the staff that I have been in contact with from reception, to contracts, to repairs, to property sales have been friendly, helpful, efficient, professional and great to deal with and I would strongly recommend Property Link to any prospective tenants or property owners.

GoogleWarning! Do not proceed with any application with this agency. I repeat do not go with this agency. This agency is wont of the shadiest rudest vile businesses I've had the displeasure of dealing with. Long story short this business lied and said everything under the sun to get me to agree to a shared lease under HMO. The contract and inventory was nearly 4 years out of date. They repeatedly failed to give appropriate notice for house viewings and inspections. They fabricated evidence in a deposit dispute. (this was proven by using varied timestamps on photographic evidence). Point blank refused to give written evidence of statements on comments that could later be brought up. Emails were never responded to and calls were taken by staff who did not give a care in the world. They would hang up on you when you asked for clarification on timescales for drastic required repairs claiming they have already answered questions. Do not get me started on the abusive you would receive from management. This company are lying, manipulative and rude. Please trust me stay away for them or you open yourself to a world of hell.

GoogleI was on an internship in Derry for 4 months. on my arrival I was shown a few properties immediately. Things were arranged in a fast way. Although that is a good thing, I do advice you guys to set up a separate room for dealing with the paperwork. it is a lot to take in if you are not from around here and it would give more comfort and overview. Sometimes I do had the feeling communication was not always at its best, but I noticed you guys did try to do your best and that is the most important. I will recommend you to the students who will be coming in the next years, since I was the representative of our school in Belgium. Kind regards Jan

GoogleShocking bad customer service, drove up from Dublin to view a property in Donegal. Agent was clearly disinterested or bored, not sure which. Anyway, expected a phone call from them within 2 days as promised and still waiting a week later. Have left a message also, no email facility bar Propertypal??? Certainly will not be doing business with this unprofessional shower again, nor would I recommend.

Definitely avoid renting with Property Link at all costs; they’re nightmares.

GoogleLooked up Property Link out of curiosity as I'm considering renting. I'd heard some good and some bad, as with most companies, people who have been aggrieved can be overly critical. Reading through the reviews, i was reading stuff I'd heard before, no surprise, no issue. The issue I see is in your responses to criticism, the responses contain information about the reviewers tenancy which seems off, it's not exactly a data breach, but it definitely shows a lack of respect for your customers that you'll write this sort of stuff on a public space. If you were genuinely concerned you would get in contact, or ask them to get in contact with you, THEN figure out who they are when speaking to them. I also found a lot of responses to be passive aggressive, one in particular talking about leaving a sliding door open, i was taken aback by how unprofessional this was. It sounded like a dehumidifier was necessary, not compromising the security of someones home. If I rent from you and voice an issue, are you going to start releasing my information, and reply in passive agressive way? As i say, i havent actually done business with Property Link, but their PR leaves a lot to be desired, and it's very off putting. I don't think I'll be doing business with this crowd unfortunately.

GoogleI wish I could give no star. The lady who showed me the rental property was outrageously rude and snobbish. This agency ask you loads of personal information for rental and when comes to decision doesn’t even bother to communicate properly.

GoogleI was a tenant with PropertyLink for approximately 2 and 1/2 years, renting two separate properties from them. I have consistently found them to be professional, responsive and generally excellent. There are clear procedures in place for reporting a repair, for moving in and moving out, and for how the deposit would be handled; so I was always clear on what my rights and responsibilities were as a tenant. Whenever there was an issue with an appliance or similar, it would be fixed or replaced in a matter of days. I always received clear advanced notice of inspections or showings. When the landlord of the first property chose not to renew a lease at the end of a year, PropertyLink worked quickly and supportively to help me find a replacement property, thereby making a potentially stressful situation much easier to handle. And all of my interactions with the staff of PropertyLink have been courteous, professional and pleasant. In short, I highly recommend them as a letting agency.

GoogleI would like to thank all the staff at property Link for handling the rental, and sale of my property. They took over the management of my property in 2015 and looked after everything. They went way above the call of duty. When it came to sell my property they handled all the problems i had to get the sale through. I can not praise them enough. GoogleA mixed bag. Some excellent service from Neil, Laura and Vincent. Outside of that some shocking customer service. Some highly condecending emails and phone calls from some members of staff. Highly inflexible when it comes to viewings, both as a tennent and a potential customer. We had travelled over two hours to view property and they attempted to push back our viewings after we arrived by two hours(!). Equally when a tennent they told us to expect viewings on a certain day, yet when viewings happened they were on any day. A sometimes fustrating company to deal with but are passable an agent.
