Having many experiences in buying and selling private properties in England and Germany over the years but I have never made an outstanding experience like I did with the Savills Knutsford Office under the management of Mr. Jamie Carter selling my ex-farm in Cheshire, an ensamble of different types of buildings . Mr. Carter has managed a perfect professional process - from the acquisition, the consulting and advising of my role, the valuation of my property, redesign of the houses, defining a professional strategy of the purchase including details of potential price negotions, managing engaged viewings with a very personal support and relationsship to potential buyers and managing the interface with solicitors, including assisting in obtaining necessary and helpful documents, survey reports, permissions from private and public authorities, institutions. I recently turned to Savills Knutsford for help with letting out a flat in Knutsford. Throughout the whole process, I have been very impressed by the team's professionalism and friendliness: from the moment Tom Burke first came to look at the flat, to Chris Cantor explaining the details and putting together a great brochure, to Adam Walker taking over. Adam always replied to and dealt with any queries I had promptly, and everything was conducted and organised in such a way that it was totally stress-free, with minimal involvement from me.
