FacebookI have recently rented out my home in Mobberley and so pleased I chose Irlams. They gave me so much advice and support before it was advertised as I didn't have a clue where to start. I had tried for weeks to get a gardener but most didn't return my call and they found me one who was great and inexpensive compared to others. The house was advertised on the Wednesday and tenanted on Thursday. I can't recommend this company highly enough and will always use them in the future.

My Facebook account was hacked months ago. I have been through every help page and cannot get the situation resolved. There appears to be no way to contact an actual person. At this point I just want the account shut down so that the person cannot continue postíng as me.

FB has become super boring with more ads than interesting posts. Lots of bait and switch ads and I seriously question their honesty and validity. FB Marketplace should be avoided at all costs. Too many scams and unverified bidders. No protection for buyers and sellers. Stick with EBay which offers much more protection.

Hello, everyone beware of relying on promotion on Facebook, as the process of closing accounts has become unbearable. I have been an old advertiser since 2017 and my account was closed for no reason. Note that I pay all promotion rights and have reached large amounts.

Facebook has the worst customer service I have come across. Suspended our page 23/12/23 , have given no reason why. Not responded to numerous email. Rang USA customer service. Told I rang wrong number and they hung up. Impossible to find a contact number in Australia.Peter Bennett

I have noticed that there are loads of Scammers who regularly advertise on Facebook yet they do nothing about it. Someone must be held accountable otherwise decent people will go elsewhere. Trying to get hold of anyone i impossible as they refuse to let you post anything.

Fraudulent sites. Don’t buy anything advertised on Facebook, particularly if they seem too good to be true. I bought some clothes from what appeared to be Charles Tyrwhitt but the money went to a fraudulent company. Luckily I bought using a credit card so will be reimbursed

FacebookWithin a few days of our house going on the market we had 5 offers. They handled our sale with true professionalism in all aspects, explaining the process, returning calls, emails and keeping us updated at all times. Towards the end of the process we had a family tradgedy and they completely took a hold of the situation and saw our sale through without causing us any more stress. They even offered to help with the move and more. We cannot thank them or recommend them enough.
