FacebookIt has been our first time selling a property and Will made the process absolutely effortless, very friendly and approachable! He took care of everything and gave clear guidance every step of the way. The team were able to showcase our property really well which led to a quick and prompt sale! Definately highly recommend and would not use another agent in the future!

FacebookI asked Jordan to come and value my property after having a national company come. Jordan's professionalism and knowledge was immediately evident. He clearly knew his stuff! He then explained his pricing structure -which is extremely competitive and WAY less than the other firms on my locality. He also told me about the professional photographer they use for listings. This confirmed for us that W&J were the company for us. Jordan gave us lots of help and tips on best marketing our home and the photographer worked hard with us to create an impactful listing. Jordan secured us a cash buyer- for above asking price- on the very first day we went on the market! He also kept us appraised of properties he felt might be appropriate for us. From start to finish, Jordan has displayed the utmost professionalism every step of the way and I would recommend W&J to anyone needing an estate agent. Thank you, Jordan, for all your help. You really are a gent and a great asset to your profession 😊

They provided an accurate and realistic valuation of our property. We decided to list with them, and they provided an outstanding service throughout - always advising and keeping us up to date, providing recommendations (on mortgage advisors, solicitors, surveyors etc.), and helping with chasing third parties for information when required. If you're thinking of selling or letting your property, go with these guys - you will not regret it!
