We previously had our house up for sale with another estate agent and had about 2 viewings over the space of a year. We thought we would try W&J as we had nothing to lose, we had 6 viewings in 1 day with 2 offers coming in straight away! It was sold within 6 days, we couldn’t believe it. Will & Jordan were there start to finish, messaging us all hours of the day, providing updates and making the process as easy as possible for us. They were there to answer any of our queries straight away, we honestly couldn’t have asked for better. These lads know what they’re doing and will get your house sold for a respectable fee! It is a no brainer for me and I would choose W&J every time from now on. It’s not always the main high street estate agents who are the best! Will and Jordan were absolutely fantastic from start to finish when selling my home. Communicating with me throughout the process via a WhatsApp group and providing me with updates without the need to ask. They made me feel comfortable and took the stress away from what you usually get when you sell your home. Let’s be honest, selling houses can be difficult. We had it all trying to sell our two properties and combining two families. Through all the stress and trouble we can’t thank Will and Jordan enough. Always available to answer questions (however ridiculous) and be a calming ear when needed. The sort of service you just will not get with the ‘usual’ estate agents. I cannot recommend W&J properties highly enough! We have bought and sold our houses through Will and Jordan and they have been amazing! When we first listed our house they found a buyer within the first week, when this unexpectedly fell through they relisted it on the same day and within the first day of viewings found another buyer. They do things differently than the standard estate agents which makes the whole process so much easier during particularly stressful moments. We wouldn’t use anyone else now. Thanks both ☺️

I can't recomend W&J highly enough. Fantastic service from start to finish, that lead to our house being place under offer in the first week of being listed. Unlike other estate agents we've dealt with before W&J also drove the process along once under offer, supporting both ourselves and our buyer. The original valuation process I was also impressed with and hadn't seen before, being much more data driven, with Jordan showing us what similar properties had sold for in our area in the past 12 months, and the final price. This backed up the valuation we had in mind anyway, but felt much less like plucking a number from the air as again we've experienced with other estate agents, and despite a quick sale we achieved the valuation we had and what we wanted for the property. Keep up the great work W&J, and if you're looking at selling a property then definitely go with them. Better priced that other estate agents too.

Highly recommend using W&J for any house sale. I used them to sell two properties between September ’25 and December ’25. As others have said, as soon as you instruct them to sell your house, you’re added to a WhatsApp group, which makes everything so much easier. They’re incredibly quick to respond and guide you through the whole process, even chasing solicitors for updates on your behalf. As everyone knows moving houses is classed as one of the most stressful things we go through in your life. When we found a property we liked we contacted W&J Properties and lettings. We arranged a viewing of the property which is when we first met Will. As the owner was still present they showed us around. Will chatted to us in a friendly manner and gave us more details on the property and some local knowledge. Will gave us his number so we could call him whenever we needed ( there were a lot of calls). He made himself available if we needed to return to the property for measuring up or any of those things you need to do when buying a house. During the "paper work" stage Will would keep us updated with how things were going and when there was a problem "Super Will" would speed into action and hit the phone to cure the problem and get back to us to calm me down. I did find the house moving "thing" stressful because that's me but Will was fantastic and was always there to investigate and solve the problems for us. As buyers of the property, Will was acting for the vendor not us, but he was always there to answer questions and nothing was too much trouble for him. I would recommend choosing W&J Properties and Lettings, through the process of buying or letting properties. Thanks Will.

I honestly can't imagine using anyone else for any future sales or purchases. the pair at WJ are outstanding, they were constantly on the phone to solicitors speeding things up.
