Horrendous customer service

Horrendous customer service - not recommended.I have been paying Linkedin for over 2 years now and have recently asked for them to cancel any auto-renewal they have planned for me. Their appointed Account Manager has simply ignored my request even though it was asked in writing for up to 3 times. Very unprofessional and Rude!!!!!
