Me and my wife bought a property marketed by Windsor Court. They're an absolutely fantastic estate agent - the best we've ever interacted with. Jemma was warm, knowledgeable and highly professional. She acted quickly when we expressed our intention to buy and was always prompt, attentive and helpful when responding to queries. She was brilliant throughout the process. We didn't encounter any pressure tactics (or pressure to use in-house mortgage or insurance services), unlike other estate agents. We were especially grateful for this. We've got nothing but positive things to say about Jemma and Windsor Court. Navigating the house buying process, especially as first time buyers, is overwhelming and often frustrating, but we had zero stress on the estate agent side. My husband and I recently purchased a property which was on the market with Windsor Court. It was a slightly unusual case where the property was marketed to let first, which we completely fell in love with and were very keen to buy. Jemma and Peter were very professional and understanding throughout the process, keeping excellent communication and staying true to their word that we would be the first people to see the property. I had a great renting experience via Windsor Court properties. We were away for holidays when we saw the property on Rightmove and everything had to be done online. Tak and Jemma were very professional, helpful and efficient all along, from giving us a virtual tour of the property , answering our inquiries, arranging the signing of contract online to following up on our requests. I was the buyer of a Windsor Court property and dealt with Tak. I could see how Tak worked hard for the seller. Tak would always deal promptly with all my information requests and ensured paperwork such as the Memorandum of Sale was completed quickly. Jemma has been exceptional and has helped every step of the way with me moving into my new flat in Knaresborough. It is one of my first big moves so I had a lot of questions I thought were maybe “stupid” due to inexperience but she reassured me and advised me every step of the process. She is always friendly and chatty when you go into the letting agency, I actually felt excited not only to go and pick up my keys from her on my move in date but also to see Jemma as she has been so helpful. Impossible to contact costumer services. My feeds currently spammed with odd videos missing the features to block, hide or report them. 2 steps verification doesn't work all the time, I am not getting a SMS all the time! Site has been clearly compromised by third parties, as for Google , indeed and the internet these days. As for a so-called professional network asking for sensitive information, ID included they should be able to provide a minimum decent level of security - live chat is not available for all members, seriously? I had an exceptional experience with Tak and Jemma from Windsor Properties in securing my rental property. From the first call placed to Tak at a time when I was constrained for time and not physically in York, Tak was professional, responsive and creative in his guidance and support immediately understanding the criticality of my need as a client. It is a brand new build and the transaction was still being completed when I contacted him so I was making decisions based on a calculated risk. Tak was quick to gauge and by being attentive, professional, transparent and keeping me informed at every step of the way he made what could have been a stressful process incredibly smooth. I know that in the background Tak was doing everything he could to ensure all timelines were being met and all parties were happy and satisfied and I am extremely grateful for it. I was also travelling during this time but was confident based on my initial experience that Tak will stay on top of things and he did finally securing the deal. From the get-go, Windsor has been INCREDIBLE to work with. Jemma has been very friendly, fast, open and helpful with all questions - and moving from the US, I had a lot of annoying questions! When I first got to the area, I was speaking to a few other rental agencies, and by contrast, I found them to be standoffish, non-responsive, and honestly downright scammy (i.e. I was encouraged to transfer money to a personal account without any paperwork....!). Working with Jemma and Tak has truly been a breath of fresh air. If you like on-time appointments, quick responses, efficient paperwork, and genuine advice, this company cannot be beaten.

Customer service is awful beyond words

Customer service is awful beyond words. It's unbelievable that a company which handles people's professional information doesn't have a contact detail to a real person or a reasonably functioning customer service. I asked for an account in my name which I didn't recognise to be closed. They demanded I provide ID verification for my 'main' account. I've done so. They kept sending me a copy and paste email what I need to provide (which I already have). I provided verification for the second time, which they seemed to work. They announced they would be closing my account and closed the case. But haven't told me which account. Fortunately it was in the end the 'spare' one, but the whole process really was not reassuring should a more pressing problem occur.

Terrible platform. Unable to speak to a person at all, all dodgy AI generated responses to any queries or complaints. Reporting an account for stating false employment information and the reply is that you can only report someone directly associated as an admin on your account. Totally unhelpful and has totally put me off using LinkedIn for my hiring as they clearly dont care about false information so completely untrustworthy.

My partner and myself have rented a property from Windsor court for 18 months and they have been beyond excellent. They have dealt with any breakages or issue within a few hours , every time, including boiler breakage. They care for the tenants and make sure we are warm and safe with all our amenities working . Pleasant and friendly staff who are happy to help . When my partner and i decided to Stay in the Knaresborough area and we decided to buy a property , we were delighted our chosen property was being dealt with by Windsor court. They were equally as excellent to deal with as house buyers. I think whats great about them is they are lovely down to earth people who want their tenants and clients to be happy and ok , so they are far from Jobsworth mentality you can find sometimes. They t made us feel like we were more than a number or a job but people they cared for.
