Please dont wast money we bought a house at barley field and the finishing touches are just a mess it does not look like a brand new home at all. I was better of buying a house someone has lived in and doing it up myself

I am a house owner here at Linden Home. They are the worst house builders. All lies and rubish costumer service. The house is pulling apart in 1 year tome.I wish i could go back now and never had have been had to buy my home from them ever!!!!!

Communication from Linden Homes and Vistry Homes is appalling.DO NOT BUY FROM THESE COMPANIES - they will happily take your money and it will take you months and months and months to get snags sorted as they just don’t care after this.AVOID!!

Totally disappointed with Linden homes, the only good thing about them is Maureen, one of the sales representatives.I believe we were mislead from the start and I was so excited to be having a new home but quite relieved we pulled out now.

Paid £1000 deposit, then covid hit and they stopped building. Refused to provide contract or completion date so I had to pull out to prevent losing money waiting. They have not refunded me all of my deposit still.

Buying from this company will literally ruin your life. Whatever you do, DO NOT buy from these people.They build terrible and dangerous properties and then leave buyers to pick up the pieces. It is a national scandal that this company is allowed to operate.

Once you buy house...they never gonna complete snagging issues. They will blame you for everything. Good tip: After completion, keep condition to complete everything up to standard and then do exchange. Special emphasis on flooring and carpets, as poor quality. Don’t accept their karndean flooring.

A nightmare from the get go - cut corners at every chance, very poor/no insulation in some walls, contracted into an extortionate heating system, carboard used instead of actual filler, uneven floors and the cheapest finishes possible

Worst customer service ever experienced. The flats are unfinished after completion. Shoddy standards. Poor workman. No hot water on the whole site. Never follow up complaints or taken seriously. Not a single happy tennant on a 300 home site. Shocking don’t waste your money.

Awful customer services - we were handed over a home that wasn’t finished (and still isn’t 18 months on). Communal areas left unfinished and unsafe, no maintenance, we had no streetlights for over a year...the list goes on!!!
