Wouldn’t let me view a house as they wanted to see all my paper work and sit down with their mortgage adviser first even though I had stated I had a mortgage adviser in place already

Never use bridgfords and Natalie. They are the worse ever. No care. The hacienda deansgate branch is a nil star. Terrible. No one calls you back. They are ignorant to the core. Never use them.

Do not use bridgefords. They fed us with lies from the start and told us what we wanted to hear but didnt put ot in writing. We are now £750 down because if the lies.AVOID

GoogleFantastic service from start to finish. We completed just before Christmas and Bridgfords did everything to make sure it went as smooth as possible. I highly recommend Bridgfords and would use them again.

Happy to take your money with scant regard for their contractual obligation. Took over a year to fix some of the problems in house and still did not address the main problems.Filthy poorly maintained houseDisgraceful.

They hanged up on me and refused to pick up the phone. All because I had some specific questions about the property. The length of the call was 5min. Unbelievably rude customer service!

Shoddy practices - gave my data to third parties without my authority. Switched utility companies on the property without asking me. And three months on they still have not returned my deposit.

Please avoid. Had bad experience both buying and renting the property. The team lacks skills. Communication is very poor and this caused a lot of issues.

Terrible experience, could not be bothered attitude, awful and unacceptable. Also very expensive commision charges.
