All I wanted to know was if fees are based on a percentage of the property value or a set figure. I was given a load of rubbish she was only interested in getting details of property. This totally puts me off, any customer/seller wants an idea of costs. It’s like the secret service. It’s pathetic.

BUYER BEWARE. Terrible experience!!4 month on this company has still not completed on a house I’m buying!!! Contract ready too. Arron b and the rest of them are an absolute shambles. You need to listen to these reviews as there is hundreds of them re the really bad service you receive by these lot.
