We appreciate your feedback, however we have checked our records and we cannot see an application submitted by yourself. If a suitable tenant is accepted by a landlord for their property we inform all applicants and stop marketing the property, which has been the protocol followed for all of our recently let properties. I understand that you may have been trying to call our office but we do have a voicemail option for clients to leave a voicemail so a member of staff can call back however we don’t seem to have one from yourself. In our opinion, we think we deserve at least 3 stars for renting the property out within a week, don't you agree?
