I highly recommend using huddersfield lettings.Having used other letting agencies in the past I can honestly say that I have never come across a business as professional as huddersfield lettings, as soon as I stepped into their premises "I felt right at home", just like their slogan says. Mr. Gilani introduced himself to me with a warm and friendly welcome and made me feel comfortable by offering me beverages, as we got down to talking business I was pleased with how knowledgeable mr. Gilani was about the trade, he was very forthcoming and extremely confident about his work which put me at ease and I knew that I would be more than happy to work with mr. Gilani, his confident attitude and his eagerness to go that extra mile to keep his clients happy was something you hardly come across these days, everything is explained well and very transparent so you know where you stand, Mr. Gilani is very trustworthy and has his clients interests at heart rather than making a quick buck first, I fully trust huddersfield lettings with my property and would recommend them to anyone who has a property to rent, my business will be with no one else now I have found huddersfield lettings.

I am a landlord of a student property and was looking for an agent to management my property in Huddersfield. I contacted Huddersfield Lettings (HL) and a few other high street agents in town and I must say I had the most rewarding experience with Shahrukh Gilani at HL. While it took the other agents days to respond to my request, Huddersfield Lettings impressed me with their prompt response and his enthusiasm for our custom, and first impressions were good. Right from the word go Shahrukh showed his keenness to help. From my initial contact to completing the formalities and paperwork, Huddersfield Lettings demonstrated their promptness, professionalism and expertise of the local rental market. He wowed me with their friendly and courteous service. Shahrukh showed flexibility in agreeing to the contract terms and was transparent about the fee structure. There were no hidden charges. The whole process was simple, efficient and kept me in control. Shahrukh has been trustworthy, and always working for us regardless or the time of day. He has extremely helpful in taking care of my property and took personal responsibility for arranging cleaning and painting devices - which was an added personal touch. Importantly, while some other high street agents hadn’t updated their paperwork for Tenants Rent Act 2019, Huddersfield Lettings being a small independent firm showed preparedness with being able to comply with the changes in regulation. Their agility is amongst their biggest selling points. For anyone looking for an agent in Huddersfield I would recommend reaching out to Shahrukh at Huddersfield Letting first. I highly recommend this company.

Absolutely amazing letting agents! Can’t fault them one bit at all. From start to finish there was constant communication and they let me know everything that was going on at each stage. Shahrukh is one of the friendliest guys I’ve ever had a viewing with. The viewing was very pleasant, and nothing was forced. His dedication is absolutely unreal. He went out of hours to help us get the property we wanted.I would highly recommend Huddersfield Lettings to everyone.

I’d highly recommend Huddersfield Lettings. We have had a few issues when previously looking for a property to rent, then we found Huddersfield Lettings and Shahrukh helped us with every step along the way from the beginning. He’s very flexible and goes above and beyond to ensure we are happy. He’s a delight to be renting off and if I need any repairs etc I’ve got no concern he will get it sorted immediately for us.

Mr Gilani has been an amazing when helping me find a rental property. He has a very spontaneous and enthusiastic personality with very friendly staff. Huddersfield Lettings has been the best letting company that I have used and would highly recommend 11/10. Mr Gilani has also given me access to his van, so I am able to move my personal belongings into the property the same day the paperwork was finalised for my letting agreement.

Excellent service from my first call to my tenanta moving in.Advice given regarding what would work best regarding my property ie furnished or unfurnished and the type of tenants i wanted. I had some work to do to prepare the property one my previous tenants moved out and i wasnt pressured at all ( which felt unusual ). I contacted hudds lettings when ready and within 2 days of my property being marketed i had potentail tenants who were interested in letting.My agent was fantastic....explained the situation of my potential tenants and together we agreed the best option for me . This felt really personal and gave me confidence in my agent.I feel that my agent also had the interests of my new tenant at heart and pushed for a quick move in due to their unforeseen circumstances. To add to this my agents sorted my gas check promptly which assured me my property was safe .... 5 stars Im happy with the whole process , highly recommend.Katy

Huddersfield Lettings are a very professional company with proud, competent agents who are clearly very passionate about their business and delivering the best to their customers. We found a house just over a week ago and are almost moved in fully. The company go above and beyond what is expected, helping us within the day with any query we had. Their communication and helpfulness have been a massive help to us as we are finding our first house after being students. It can be a stressful, confusing time but they have made our experience easy and we are very grateful for all the help they have given us. Couldn’t recommend them more.

Myself and my girlfriend had been looking around for a little property for us to rent for a few months going between numerous estate agents and viewings before we came across a couple of properties let and managed by Huddersfield Lettings. The guy that met us at both of the properties was Shahrukh. He had a very chatty and charismatic nature about him and all in all just came across as a sound guy. Unlike other estate agents we dealt with over the past few months, he was incredibly helpful, had some form of answer for every question we asked or if he didn't know he found out and let us know within the same day. He made us feel very at ease and didn't pressure us into a quick sale. Since then we decided to go for one of their properties on Wakefield road. We have been gradually moving in and literally any problem we have (even if it's just the slightest inconvenience) we simply message them and it's typically resolved within the same day (they/he has been going far above and beyond any service we have received from landlords/estate agents before).All in all, cannot recommend this place enough!

When older people reminisce about the 'good old days' when business was not about fleecing customers I'm sure they are describing companies like Huddersfield Lettings. Shahrukh clearly has great pride in his company in addition to being very knowledgeable of the property/ rental markets and the Huddersfield area. Huddersfield Lettings are extremely friendly and helpful and their USP is their strong company values, transparency and approachability.They operate with speedy efficiency and had found me a tenant who completed paperwork and picked up the keys within 3 days!
