GoogleAngie and her staff at Your Move Kirkby in Ashfield helped me with my house move and subsequently letting my home. Nothing was too much trouble, they were amazing, they kept in touch with me regularly to let me know how things were progressing. I cannot recommend them highly enough. If you want a smooth home move with people who really care .. then this is the place to go.

GoogleFound everything about moving stressful not a pleasant experience to start with had a lady come around and promise you this and then heard nothing from them then they forgot they'd got my keys. then started dealing with a lady called Phillipa and at least she helped as much as she could she did keep me updated after that she was brilliant and the stars are all for her.

GoogleMy partner and I have just completed a sale using Yourmove, Kirkby-in-Ashfield branch. This is the second time that we’ve had to deal with this company and both times have been faultless. We had excellent service throughout- especially from Natalie. She answered any questions that we had and was always extremely quick to respond to any quarries. Highly recommend and will use again in the future.

Had lots of viewings as soon as we put our property on with your Move, had an offer but it fell through, your move were efficient and supportive and we had more viewings and another offer. GoogleIn 16 weeks we only had 3 viewings on our house and the staff were always very negative. We got one offer which was way below the asking price and after that they seemed to give up. The staff only occasionally reply to emails and they do not make requested changes to house details.

GoogleReally Good staff at this location, they have been absolutely amazing. I have only given them 3 stars because of the constant up selling of products which I find irritating. This is probably due to the system that your move head office has in place and isn't reflective of the branch.

GoogleHad a valuation they were pulling the house apart and Critical, it was in a highly sort after area been lovingly cared for but yes some modernisation would be desirable to anyone purchasing. As the sale was a result of a bereavement it was most hurtful and upsetting.
