GoogleUseless website, the majority of properties for sale - aren't, they're sold. And they don't respond to enquiries. Clearly they don't need the commission and are doing sellers a disservice.
Dear Mr Woodward As director of English Rose Estate Agents Ltd I am deeply saddened to hear of your disappointing experience. I have reviewed your comments and investigated accordingly. As far as I can see the only correspondence we have received from yourself was on Saturday the 28th November 2020 at 10.34am regarding Mason Street and was responded to at 11.00am same day confirming unfortunately the property was sold and completed. I have checked and the property was marked sold subject to contract on the 21st September and was completed and removed on the 25th November 2020. Unfortunately our website is governed and driven by property portals of which we have no control if delays from time to time may occur.
