GoogleOne of the best estate agents I have come across. After applying for over 200 properties and being let down every time, using winkworth estate agents was not a disappointment. I've been getting help from Ryan and honestly I can't thank him enough, he went over and beyond to help me find a perfect home and always kept me up to date with everything. Thankyou so much You're a credit to the company.

GoogleI purchased my first apartment from Debbie and Ben from Winkworth in Surbiton. They were great and helped me move within 2 months, which I never thought would happen after being given my notice from the landlords. Of all the other agents I visited in the area they were the most professional, genuine, and showed the most care and knowledge. I highly recommend them to use if looking for a property within the area.

GoogleWe had a fantastic experience with Winkworth Surbiton. By far the best estate agents we have EVER dealt with! Claire S was excellent from start to finish and we settled into our new flat with absolute ease; paired with a lovely Landlady. Judging by their letting service, which was so good, when we buy Winkworth will be our first point of call. Winkworth Surbiton are friendly, professional and genuinely care. We cannot recommend them highly enough. Siobhan and Tamsin

GoogleWords you might not always associate with estate agents- honest, trustworthy and genuinely likeable. This team punch above their weight and deliver on their commitments. A quick, painless sale- without a pause I would recommend them to friends and family.

GoogleI can not recommend Winkworth Surbiton enough, and I have to personally mention Ryan, that has helped our family to find the perfect house for us to rent. In the current madness of the rental market with properties being snapped in seconds, we were a little overwhelmed by the whole process of finding a new place and found it quite stressful. Ryan understood our needs and helped us from start to finish, from our very 1st viewing to the signing of the contracts, giving all the assistance necessary for us to move quickly with our application in order to secure our desired property. And everyone else at the office were also so friendly and helpful to us when we needed. Thank you guys!! Ana, Thiago, Leo & Ellie
