GoogleI was helped by Mr. Connor Marney in purchasing a property in Kingston. He was kin to help. For example, we have arranged multiple viewings before completion for builders. He was also attention to detail and help in monitoring procedures, chasing docs, etc. We then happily finished the purchase.

GoogleQuick enough to find tenants. Refuse to respond when issues with Landlord. They may not actually manage the property, but still have a responsibility as they found the property for the tenant. Allow tenants to be without any hot water for over 72 hours and counting, claiming it's nothing to do with them. Do not recommend.
