GoogleMy partner and I were looking for properties in the area while not knowing much about it and were quite confused. We shortlisted a few properties for viewings and Guy Connolly from the Kingston office was prompt at getting in touch. He got a clear understanding of what we were after on call and lined up some really excellent properties for us to view, all of which met our criteria. He was also very accommodating of our schedule and packed Saturday.
Since those viewings he followed up for feedback and made sure he addressed whatever misgivings we may have had with the areas/the houses. Guy really takes the time out to listen to feedback and make suggestions accordingly which is so important when looking at houses during a pandemic as you don’t want to waste anyone’s time and viewings must be planned with care.
If you’re looking for houses Kingston side, I’d definitely recommend you get in touch with him to find you a house that ticks all the right boxes for you.

So far it has been very efficient. We had initial reservations about paying for management fees in addition to letting fees but this has been extremely worth the money.
