GoogleGeneral experience with the agency as smooth and straightforward. Staff if friendly and professional. Coral Hartnell Is very helpful and experienced agent. Properties are standard across the rented market. Preoccupancy deep clean can do a bit better.

GoogleThey will do anything they can to get the deposit and secure the tenancy. After this they will just ignore you and any requests. The worst experience ever!!

GoogleFoxtons Kingston let a neighbouring Property to mine, they imcompetantly moved my gas account to Spark energy rather than the flat they were instucted upon. Foxtons to date have ignored the situation and I have lost a large amount of time trying to resolve the issue and now have the Energy Ombudsman dealing with the complaint.
