Christian Pengelly is the best ever

I am dealing with Dexters for 5 years now, and I was not happy with them like I am now because Christian Pengelly is the head of property management. He is the best property manager I have ever dealt with. He is keen to solve every problem/ concern in the quickest time he can. He even sends the required emails during the call which I explain the problem in it. If I have the choice, Christian is the manager who I hope deal with him always, not anyone else.

Can't thank Myra enough...

I have had a great experience with Dexters as my property management company, but I want to give a special mention to my property management consultant, Myra Mettam. I have been letting my property for nearly 5 years, and Myra has been my continued support during the time at my flat. Myra is fast acting, efficient, empathetic and a total delight to liaise with. Every time I have had an issue at my property (and there have been many as it is an old building: faulty boiler, blocked toilet, shower not working etc). Myra has been on hand to find a very quick solution, she really is a magic maker and I couldn't ask for more from her. Myra also often exceeds my expectations with her quick turnaround times and she is an excellent communicator. The Dexter's leadership team should feel very lucky to have her!

Natasha and her team contributed to a positive experience

Overall positive experience of using Dexters. Natasha and her team have been very good in managing the property.I have deducted 1-star due to inconsistencies between letting teams - One office forced us (renters) to pay 1 months worth of early-termination fees on the contract despite the rent going up considerably. I understand this is well within their rights but with another office I (Landlord) was told that Dexters would waive the fees for my outgoing tenant who was leaving with 1 month left on the contract so felt slightly cheated!

I am really impressed by the service provided by Evie Phipps from Dexters Surbiton Estate Agents. She has been of great help throughout the processes and has answered all my questions patiently and kindly. She is also close and warm, asking me about some things I mentioned I was working on, or going to do. She is equally professional and has explained to us all the details of the more technical issues to reassure us, saving us lots of stress. We have definitely been lucky of having her as an agent for the viewing and while doing all the paperwork to rent the property, and hope she keeps being our point of contact throughout our tenancy. We had such a great experience with Dexters in Surbiton. Everyone in the office was so helpful and friendly. Hope was the main agent who looked after everything for us. She is a star, so pleasant, helpful and efficient. Anytime we needed anything she was so easy to get in touch with. We did not have to chase for anything as she took care of it all. She even worked with another Dexters to extend the lease at our old flat until we could move into our new property. I had a great experience selling my flat with Dexters. Josh did a great job in securing two competing offers, and when one didn't work out was able to lock in another interested party very quickly. He was able to get the highest sell price for any of the flats in my development. His teamates Jess and Harry were very responsive and helpful if Josh wasn't there to take my calls. Nina was brilliant in the closing stages, especially with getting the exchange and completion over the line, which wasn't easy due to other parties in the chain and the pressure we were under from the increasing mortgage rates. I would recommend to anyone selling their property in the Surbiton area.

My experience with Dexters was a five star service. I had difficulties with the agents I was previously using and Dexters came in and reassured me immediately that my flat should have been sold months ago. The was they handled dealing with your matter was very professional. They contacted you at least a couple of times a week to give you an overview of what was happening with your property and the feedback they had received. They also come up with a plan of action if things are not going as planned. Everything seemed to be carefully consisted and calculated. The outfit was run very smoothly with good customer care and service and you knew what was happening each step of the way. Everyone who I came into contact with was polite and courteous and kept me in the loop. My main contact was Harry who was very reassuring and kind. Even though in the end an original buyer came back to me and my property was not sold through Dexters, Harry was nothing but kind and gracious that the sale was not made through them. They are also assisting in that even though they did not make the sale, they are being noble enough to release the keys to the buyer. I will definitely use Dexters again in the future. Repair of Side Gate

During the repair process of a side gate, Idis Plaatjies at Dexter was very helpful in calling me to keeping me update throughout the whole process from start to finish. A total cowboy outfit. I offered on a property which was accepted only to be told 2 days later they had a better off so unless i offered my best and final it will go to the new person. The performance of any company is defined by the performance of their employees. I didn't have great experience with Dexters to be honest initially. But since Danilo has become the property manager, everything is super smooth. Danilo is extremely professional, polite and considerate towards tenant's needs. So prompt in responding to emails and not missing any point. His communications skills are great plus he is easily approchable. He makes sure that your issues/questions are resolved and follows up on it. He is honestly the best broker I have ever dealt with. The management of my flat was recently taken over by Dexters. I have been so impressed! Rachel Deacon-Holmes is my property manager and she has exceeded my expectations. My flat had not been properly managed previously and she had to quickly sort out some serious water damage. There have been a lot of other issues and both Rachel and Tom Bussman have been absolutely superb in assisting me in dealing with some overwhelming refurb works in order to bring my flat up to a particular standard. They have both responded promptly and given me honest advice in terms of getting and making the most of my flat. They have both been handed a tricky situation to sort out and they are doing it professionally and responsibly. for now it is still in the process of being done. Jessica-Joy has recently taken over coordination for my tenancy. Finally fix after 2 weeks of no "hot water"

I just want to thank Jessica Joy from Property Management Team. I am new to this city and rent my current apartment through a Dexter agent. However, I found there was no hot water for shower. Thanks for Jessica's timely services, my family could finally enjoy hot-water shower without boiling water myself after 2 weeks. Other than that, she also helped out on my other issues, like getting the parking license. I could totally feel her urgency of getting things done. Every time I told her about an issue, she would be able to give me a call back the day after to update me the progress and status. This is so impressive.
