They are positively awful!! Tried to contact, sent emails and messages, then when it came to now we want to terminate as you haven’t done your job.. the apologies come and blame is distributed far and wide! The tenants have rights too!! The rental tribunal is the next stop!! Don’t use them!

I had a bad experience with the Earl’s Court branch as one of their tenants. During my 2 year contract with them I had no idea who my property manager was. They were constantly changing and never notified us of this change. This meant that whenever I had a query or complaint I would get passed around from person to person and it would take weeks to even get a response. For example, we had some tiles break off from the shower wall due to expanding pipes. We informed an agent of this because this was a safety hazard. However, it was never fixed. On several occasions when I called to make a simple enquiry the agents have been very rude and abrupt. They had no respect for us as tenants. When our contract was nearing its end and the property was going back on the market, agents would enter our property without a 24 hour notice and without our permission. This happened over 20 times. One day I even woke up to find one of the agents in my apartment, who had entered with his own set of keys and without telling us that he was coming. I asked the agents to stop entering without permission, however, they continued to do so. I have now found out that it is illegal for them to do this. I would not recommend renting with Dexter’s.

As far as I know, I have never used Dexters. Then why am I being sent an email from christianp …@dexters.com to my email address and beginning with ‘Dear Dean’. It goes on to ask about a property in Astley House which I apparently own. At least three emails have been sent to me enquiring about the property. My name is not Dean, I do not own any rental property and I first thought that my email address had been hacked and was quite disturbed about that possibility. Can you please explain what is going on. .

UPDATEFollowing my post below, I was contacted by Sonia a director at Dexter’s Kingston. It was in fact their board not the Surbiton branch that had been in place for so long. Sonia listened to my issue, apologised and assured me it would be dealt with immediately. Which it was. The board was removed today. I only wish I had contacted the Kingston office first as it would have saved me a lot of time. In light of the way Sonia dealt with the issue at hand, I have reviewed my initial rating appropriately and would like to thank her for her prompt attention. I contacted the Surbiton rental team on 25th June 2021. I received an automated response letting me know that one of the team would be in contact shortly. The reason for my contact was a request that they remove their LET Estate Agent sign from a neighbouring property to mine. The LET sign has been up for well over a year. (In fact if you search for the address on Google street view the sign is there and streetview was last updated in 2019). It has now been 4 weeks since my contact and the sign is still there and I have received no response at all from Dexter’s.Surely they use some sort of reminder system instructing their sign contractors to remove SOLD or LET signs from a property after 14 days? If they don’t maybe they should.

Hi,further more to my experience with the management company and I am still waiting for my refund of 15 pounds for purchasing the shower hose on 26/04/2021. For me Luci Mendonca who is supposed to look after the refund is still not doing anything. And I am still waiting for the radiators which were supposed to be purchased and delivered to the flat. I've received respond from Sarah from Dexters on truspilot that the head of management had been in contact with me. Yes, and I am still waiting for my refund. Is this makes difference? No. I don't understand the whole concept here. And please stop apologizing on behalf of someone else mistakes. I don't need apology. I want things that have been promised to be executed and delivered. Keep your word. Simple.

REAL LIFE HORROR MOVIE, the most similar is CONTAGION!Not only the most SHAMBOLIC real estate agent in the world! Furthermore THESE beasts are completely useless in every respect AND one "agent/ dope" managed to give me COVID-19 last year. Coughing and spluttering all over me. I continue to be seriously unwell. This is all recorded.I immensely look forwards to having a tea & cake with this individual and their legal teams who will be as effecient as the UK government.Also most of these reviews are fake and breach GDPR.
