this company is a disgrace, with no respect .i notice more than one branch is open, why are they bothering people on the Queens jubilee and not honouring a nationwide bank holiday. Greed at its very best.

We were harassed everyday, being called at least twice until we signed the contract and pay. Completely unhelpful as they wouln't transfer the questions we had to the landlord after we signed the contract.Avoid them if you can.

TrustpilotUnacceptable delays in processing end of tenancy deductions
I have been waiting over 2 weeks for Dexters Muswell Hill branch to process deductions and deposit return for one of the flats that I let through them. After 5 emails you would expect action but that is not the case, I have not even had confirmation that the tenant has been sent the deductions that I am seeking. Very very poor service and a worrying overall trend I have to say.

FacebookThey may look after the properties they sell but be warned never rent a property that they manage unless you want to be stitched up , i wouldn't go anywhere near them if you want to rent , they are in favour of the unprofessional and unreasonable landlords on their books it's all about money with them not principles , just a heads up I wouldn't rent 18 cowdray way off them they can't even work out how much to rent it for ... check it out on their website, they know the windows leak and its riddled with damp we got out when we could it may look nice in the pictures but don't be fooled we put up with it for 5 years with no support from the delaneys team at all ,,,

As a Landlord , I would highly recommend Dexters Estates Agents.I have nothing but praise for their friendly and efficient service.Additionally the company has access to supporting contractors who enhance their own reputation and therefore no problem is too great or small to be sorted out by reliable and recommended 'in-house' service providers.In particular,I would mention our Property Manager Shernitta Hutchinson who is truly wonderful.Whenever a problem has arisen she always sorts it out brilliantly and immediately.For a Landlord it is essential to be presented with solutions to problems as they arise and she always takes the initiative to provide alternatives to pursue so an immediate decision can be made to sort problem for Tenant.Having run a company myself,she is a truly great ambassador for the ethos of Dexters.A G MEPHAM
