I wholeheartedly recommend Nick Still from Dexters. His service levels from organising viewings in Weybridge to present have been exceptional. Even though i could not proceed with the properties he showed me due to still being in construction phase, he stayed in touch and assisted with an inquiry beyond his remit. I had informed him that if my top choice fell through, I'd consider Bridgehouse, subject to availability. His willingness to help was greatly appreciated and I will certainly endorse him to my network. Keep up the good work Nick and all the best!

Going that extra mile.....

Dexters (and Thamesview) have been managing my flat in Chiswick for many years and I found the experience mostly positive with only the occasional hiccup - to be expected when you let your property for twenty odd years. This year has been difficult though - problems with the outgoing tenant, looking to secure a new tenant and significant repairs, maintenance and refurbishment all going on during the transition.Because I live abroad this resulted in many email exchanges, plus telephone calls with various property managers and I felt I was not making much headway, constantly having to explain my needs whenever I was connected to a different manager. Everyone was trying to be helpful but it was frustrating so often to be passed around to people new to me.That all changed when Vanessa Barroso took over as my "go to" property manager. She impressed me immediately with her professional manner, work ethic and situation awareness. Nothing was too hard, whether it was tracking down contractors for quotes, sourcing important documents such as EPC, Electrical or Gas reports and many other tasks. The responses she gave were always prompt and the feedback clear and concise. When the decision was made eventually to sell, she assisted me greatly with the completion of the property information forms including fittings and contents.That "extra mile" she so often went was and is much appreciated. So thank you Dexters and thank you Vanessa. Wish you all the very best.

Jadasa was a tremendous, conscientious, and thorough resource for my wife and I as we settled into our flat managed by Dexters. The property was not in an ideal condition after the prior tenants' departure and required a lot of attention to bring things up to par. Jadasa masterfully managed the process, tactfully engaging both the owners and contractors to complete the various tasks in the most time efficient manner possible. Moving is always a gut wrenching experience but Jadasa helped ease many of the difficulties we encountered along the way. Walked in to their Surbiton office on a Saturday and Hope was super lovely and friendly. She showed us some options, and we even viewed a property with her in the afternoon. Teddington branch have been great

The team at the Teddington branch have been amazing and professional from day one. Especially Donalina and Jessica, both of whom have been fantastic at managing the property, getting maintenance issues quickly sorted and keeping both myself and the tenant updated at all times. They have been extremely pleasant to work with, and as a first time landlord, Donalina has made it as stress-free as possible. Dexters - Chris McCandlish - Outstanding Property Manager

We live in Australia and Dexters have been our managing agents since 1999. Our principal contact in the firm changed to Chris McCandlish, the Head of Property Management and I have nothing but praise for his work on our behalf. So much so in fact that, only half jokingly, I told him that if he ever fancied a move 'down under', I'd definitely employ him. He's frank in his advice, active in finding the right solutions for you and rigorous in execution. Given the distance between us and the limitations imposed by the time difference, communication is all important. Chris has again set a very high bar, he's even called me a couple of times when its either been very early or very late in the UK. In summary, I can't recall a better property manager that I've dealt with, here or in the UK, in over 24 years. Chris is outstanding and I unreservedly recommend his services. If he ever left Dexter's I'd go with him.

My experience with Dexters has been great. Since I moved in to a property, whenever I have a maintenance issue, Donalina Gargrupe/Property Manager is absolutely lovely and helpful. Most recently I had a boiler issue and Dona has been very helpful and diligent, since she got my first e-mail reporting the issue. She e-mailed and called me many times to keep me updated and kept in contact with the vendor until it was all sorted. So, a BIG thank you!

Christian Pengelly is the best ever

Can't thank Myra enough...

I have had a great experience with Dexters as my property management company, but I want to give a special mention to my property management consultant, Myra Mettam. I have been letting my property for nearly 5 years, and Myra has been my continued support during the time at my flat. Myra is fast acting, efficient, empathetic and a total delight to liaise with. Every time I have had an issue at my property (and there have been many as it is an old building: faulty boiler, blocked toilet, shower not working etc). Myra has been on hand to find a very quick solution, she really is a magic maker and I couldn't ask for more from her. Myra also often exceeds my expectations with her quick turnaround times and she is an excellent communicator. The Dexter's leadership team should feel very lucky to have her!

Natasha and her team contributed to a positive experience

Overall positive experience of using Dexters. Natasha and her team have been very good in managing the property.I have deducted 1-star due to inconsistencies between letting teams - One office forced us (renters) to pay 1 months worth of early-termination fees on the contract despite the rent going up considerably. I understand this is well within their rights but with another office I (Landlord) was told that Dexters would waive the fees for my outgoing tenant who was leaving with 1 month left on the contract so felt slightly cheated!
