If you rent via Dexters, donβt expect your deposit back any time soon. Itβs been 53 days since I vacated the property and 28 days since it was agreed I will receive my deposit in full, despite there being a 10 day rule under the TDP scheme.

My heating was not functioning after having been away for 1 month aboard. Emailed Dexters that evening and next day an engineer was sent over to fix the issue. Resolved the next day so cannot fault the service!
