Charlie was incredible to work with. She helped us rent our house and then sell it a year later. So we experienced her professionalism and work ethic on both fronts (renting and selling). She is very knowledgable, reliable and persistent. I never felt (as I have in the past with larger estate agents) ignored. She went above and beyond with every detail and gave us support, advice and guidance every step of the way. I have honestly never come across a more thorough estate agent. She is also just so friendly, encouraging and understanding of our needs intuitively. We wish we could transport her to Ireland where we have moved! I highly recommend!

Charlotte helped me find my perfect flat in central London. She offered a truly personal and engaging service, going above and beyond what most agents (at least in my experience) generally offer. She gave good advice and fair solutions where various challenges arose and was always available for detailed telephone conversations or WhatsApp updates, which again, were useful informative and transparent at all times. We have recently embarked on the dreaded “moving out of London for more space” for our little boy and decided to look around the East Molesey area. We didn’t know anything about the area other than loving being by the river. Charlotte Day had a property which normally I wouldn’t be interested in seeing (not my style) but she really captured the essence and lifestyle of the property and the area we were keen to move to. We were blown away not only by her amazing service and the property but by the information about the area we were introduced to by her team. Though we didn’t go for it, I really wanted to, and knew I would when seeing the advert. If you’re looking for sales or lettings I would highly recommend Charlottes personable approach.

She also added some nice personal touches during the tenants move in which helps keep the tenant landlord relationship in good order. She worked hard to show how it could look in a professional advisory stance. I was grateful to be listened to and helped along the way after residing here for over 30 years.
