GoogleRecently our automatic gate to our eight apartment complex was damaged by a delivery van. The incident was reported to Blakes who assigned Durga to oversee the repairs and more importantly ascertain who was responsible for causing the damage in question. She accomplished both tasks with considerable aplomb. Her efficiency and competence were of the highest calibre and vividly highlighted her excellent professionalism.

GoogleLast year Blakes took over the management of a school conversion, so you already know there’ll be lots of tricky issues to deal with such an old building. As one of the owners of the apartments (in Wimbledon), in my experience so far Blakes has been a refreshing change to our service. In particular the efforts made by Durga, with her can do attitude to resolve issues has made all the difference. There have been times when she has been in communication after working hours, which was above and beyond in our eyes. Thank you very much for all your help!

GoogleI dont where these fake reviews are coming from, but this company is the complete opposite. Absolutely do not care about you. They are very unprofessional, charge you money for problems they need to fix and overall untrustworthy and unfair so called "professionals" STAY AWAY

GoogleI have had various dealings with Durga and the accounts team and have found them polite, friendly and helpful. Blakes looked after my father's flat in Surbiton for many years and he never had anything negative to say about them. I would certainly recommend their services.

I used Blakes surveyors to provide me with a lease extension valuation report on a flat that I was trying to sell in Kingston. The flat had a short lease and the offers we were receiving were very low so we decided to extend the lease and re-advertise. The surveyors managed to negotiate a reasonable premium for a 90 year statutory lease extension and our solicitor completed the legal work in drafting the new lease. We then sold our flat for its full value within 2 weeks to a first time buyer and the sale completed without any issues. The surveyors at blakes guided us through the entire process, professional and provided a very efficient service. Highly recommended!

If you want a next to no time sale sell through Blakes They will stock pile keen interested and serious buyers after vetting them and show case your house on an agreed specific day and odds on you will have favourable offers as I did on my house at Blakes Avenue and sold shortly afterwards Good honest down to earth straight talking without any unnecessary frills with polite old fashioned service, that is Blakes
