I am most impressed by how diligent and patient the client support advisor, Tracy Burden is. She called me on the first day she took over the case and has been following up on both sides from the beginning all the way to the completion. My purchase was very complicated and lengthy in process, but Tracy was extremely helpful and professional to ensure the transaction happen in the end. I would not buy my house without her help! The hard work from the sales and customer support team is very much appreciated.

Andrews are one of the finest agents in this locality. They do own research on the property and near by area which is definitely a wow factor which none of the other agencies do. On top of it Nancy Henley is very nice, calm, friendly and she always has a smile on her face which makes the viewing of the property even more pleasant. Renting for 4 years - 4 years of them not dealing with any issues reported. Waiting for the boiler to be fixed in the coldest time of the year for 4 working days before they called plumbers - only because the rebate was mentioned… no inspections whatsoever for 4 years then the whole deposit is being held and released back to the agency to cover “the damage” - even though the property has been damaged and afterwards repainted by the plumbers - £400 to cover just painting the walls. What a hellish experience!

GoogleBe careful renting through Andrews. My tenancy was not renewed after a great 4 years (no reason given), I asked Andrews to talk to my landlord saying I am happy to increase my rent in line with the current market price but this was declined and now my former rented property is being advertised for the exact same price I am paying at my new property. I assume Andrews are profiting from this, not my former landlord and certainly not me after the stress this has caused. Be careful out there!

We found ourselves in a longer than average chain which was stressful at times but Tony's experience and professionalism really helped us on the days we felt we might never reach exchange. Upon accepting an offer on my property, I was introduced to Emma Willingham, Customer Support Advisor. Unfortunately, I experienced several issues during the conveyancing process and Emma has been absolutely outstanding throughout, going above and beyond the remit of her role to ensure that things continued to move in the right direction. Emma maintained frequent communication with me, offering advice and reassurance during a stressful time, which I am grateful for.
