GoogleWe sold our house with Fine and Country and if we was to sell our house again there is no way we would put it on the market with them, the staff are very aggressive to the point that they try to bully you, if you don't do what they ask it ends up into a slanging match down the phone . Professional estate agents would know how to calm the situation down . i also told them some private information about my move and they total used it against me which ended up costing me an extra thousand pounds. Not cool or clever

GoogleHaving just sold my house through Fine and Country, Kings Lynn, I would never use them again. As a previous reviewer has stated, I soon felt completely bullied into accepting a much lower price than I believed my house was worth, F and C having originally happily agreed to market it for ‘offers over £750,000’. Wendy and Lidl the office assistants were lovely, but Jan Von Draczek, the owner/ manager, was shockingly aggressive and rude to me several times on the telephone, shouting at me and not even allowing me to speak, whilst threatening me that if I didn’t accept the low offer for my house it would remain on the market for years. My friend, who was with me on one occasion listening in to one of his calls was, like me, amazed at his attitude towards his own client!! I eventually stood up to him and refused to accept this offer and quickly received another for an additional £25,000. I couldn’t believe the totally unpleasant, unprofessional and unsupportive service I received and, as soon as I had signed their contract, I never felt that this agent was on my side. Mr Von Draczek even sided with my buyer against me in an issue which arose in relation to some Contents which were clearly excluded from the sale- - until he was proved to be wrong by the solicitor’s paperwork. Unbelievable. Again, no apology. For a 1% plus vat fee, it seems an extra £25,000 to me only means £250 to these agents - so they’re prepared to intimidate you into a poor deal as long as they can get their fee with the minimum delay. I have bought and sold dozens of properties through many other agents and have never experienced anything like this in my life.
