Having tried for a lengthy period to sell our apartment with another local estate agent we decided to come and see what ward could do. Nothing is too much and they continue to be incredibly helpful. I wouldn’t sell with anyone else. They go above and beyond to help where ever they can. Very good at what they do, honest and up front.

We have just completed a really difficult move due to Covid, people dropping out and other problems in the chain. At no time did Neil or Steve lose patience and they did everything they could to ensure the actual exchange/completion eventually took place. Would happily recommend them to anyone. Great service from a team of professionals with good communication. They proved to be extremely helpful and understanding as this was not quite as straightforward as hoped, but both Steve and Neil helped us alot to get there in the end. Would highly recommend.
