Google''Great Team at Kings Hill office in Liberty Square.'' Although at times we had issues that tested us all, the perseverance and prompt reaction to dealing with problems as they arose, helped in keeping us sane and provided the peace of mind that everything was being done correctly to ensure a positive outcome for all parties involved. Our personal transactions were a house sale and 2 connected house purchases, so we therefore had put a lot of faith and trust with Tony, Be, Matt, Julie and Tracey at KHP. GoogleI do not recommend letting a property through KHP. They charge obscene referencing fees and upon check out will make up charges to try and retain your deposit. They are the epitome of a bad agent and emphasise why this industry needs better regulation.
Our charges are published, agreed and signed for by you, if unhappy you had the option not to enter into the agreement. We helped facilitate an early move out (you wanted to break an agreement you had entered into with the Landlord). The Landlord wasn't happy with the condition the property was returned in so withheld monies. This dispute then went to an independent body to be reviewed fairly and unbiased. All in line with industry regulations. As of 1st of June, again in line with regulations, agents are no longer allowed to charge any fees to a tenant which facilitates a move in and we as a respected agent with a large lettings portfolio in Kings Hill and beyond, with many happy Landlords and tenants, adhere to these changes.

GoogleHorrible experience from start to finish. I noticed on one of the computers they also sell items on Amazon and a quick google shows they also trade under Gifts World Ltd, so no wonder they don't care about the service here anymore!
