Matthew was out swiftly thereafter to organise the photography and did an awesome job supporting the sale marketing. Anne kindly showed all of the viewers around the property which resulted in a quick sale and above market offer. Totally unprofessional conduct from the Kilmarnock branch. Had a note of interest in for a property for three days and hadn't heard anything. Checked their website today to discover that the property had been sold STCM. No contact from branch advising of this and my solicitor also wasn't informed. Phoned branch and spoke to the 'manager' Craig who advised that they were in the process of contacting my solicitor...really? The day after the sale? I've had dealings with Craig in the past when we had to pull out of a sale. Today, when I advised him that i would have expected a phone call out of courtesy he replied ' courtesy works both ways'...referring to the previous dealings we had. What an unprofessional jobsworth. I can't prove it but I strongly suspect that because of our history we were left out of the loop on this potential purchase. ** What happened two years ago is irrelevant and Craig should never have brought that up during our conversation yesterday. It is apparent that he still held a grudge for the failed purchase. And yes, the comment I made is warranted as, in my opinion the comments he made were totally unprofessional. **

Extremely Disappointed, Poor Communication and Unprofessional Service I don’t usually leave reviews, especially negative ones, but I feel compelled to share the extremely poor experience I had with this company, particularly the Kilmarnock, Ayrshire branch. We were in a stressful situation where we needed to move out of our current property by a specific date, which the team was fully aware of. We had agreed on a new property, completed all the paperwork, and passed all necessary checks, only for Daniel to pull out at the very last minute. The only explanation we received was a vague and frankly unconvincing excuse that “the landlord changed their mind.” To make matters worse, Daniel completely stopped responding to our emails and calls. When Sandy, the senior manager, eventually got involved, the communication only deteriorated further. He was dismissive, rude in his emails, and just like Daniel, refused to take our calls. The lack of professionalism and basic customer service was shocking. It felt like we were being ignored and dismissed by people who simply didn’t care. If you’re looking for responsive, respectful service, look elsewhere. Avoid this company at all costs.
