I don't agree, The worst renting experience and service ever!!!!! I've been living in the UK for the past 5 years, never deal with an agency like this difficult. They tried to charge me £275 for transferring my tenancy which the UK government caped the fee to £50. After a month for getting legal to involve, they charged me £150 for referencing and creating a new contract fee, but they banned from the government since 2019 too, however, they insisted that I have to pay for these service charges. Also, delayed a month to return my tenancy deposit...how disappointed? It's been going on for the last 3 months. Holly Pettersen and Caitlin Stubbs are the least professional and helpful property manager I ever met. Please don't rent or buy any of their properties because they will charge you anything they want, be careful!
