TrustpilotMakes it easy to manage our properties
We have only become landlords in the last couple of years and have used NPG from the start. We have found they have a good team who are generally on the ball at resolving property maintenance and tenant issues and getting new tenants in place. We have just had another renewal with the help of Phoebe and have had very little time without tenants across our properties.

TrustpilotGreat so far
It's been a month since I moved to my new flat from NPG. Move-in was smooth. Great experience much better than my previous lettings agent. Staff are fairly quick to respond I asked for some blinds to be fit for my windows for privacy and a contractor was immediately sent the next morning to fit them.
