Am always shy of recommending people, as everyone's expectations are different, but having said that would recommend Eveleighs in a heart beat. What a lovely team to deal with. They offer a personal friendly service but still maintain absolute professionalism. You'd struggle to find better.

My experience with Eveleighs has been nothing short of fantastic. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone who is looking to buy or sell their property. I had contact with 3 other agencies prior to deciding to go with Eveleighs. It was their warm and friendly (and sincere) demeanour that led us to sell and buy with them. No concern, issue, problem or question was ever too much for them. What was particularly reasuring to me was that they try and find solutions to problems rather than deflecting me to someone else. It is easy to be cynical and think that because fees are involved therefore they are obliged to be accomodating (plenty of agencies are not!) and friendly - I did not find this to be the case - they offered sincere and friendly support and I never felt that this very stressful journey would be undertaken alone - and I must add that their support went far beyond their contractual duty which is very rare. As a developer I have worked with many different agents over the years. I have just used Eveleighs on a recent project of four contemporary new build properties in a rural village location. It has been a refreshing change to work with an agent that offered sound commercial advice during the build process which resulted in all four houses selling quickly, albeit under challenging market conditions. Their professionalism and positive can-do attitude really filled me with confidence. I would have no hesitation in recommending Eveleighs and would definitely instruct them for future projects.

From first contacting Eveleighs and arranging a viewing which they kindly fitted in at short notice on a Sunday morning, as we were down in Bristol visiting family, they have be been fantastic! We decided to buy the property but as we have still been living in Yorkshire it hasn’t been as easy to arrange things but Robin and his Team couldn’t have been anymore helpful or obliging, even when things went a bit wrong on completion which was not their fault, they dealt with it swiftly and rectified the situation. Everyone knows to be wary of estate agents and for sure, I've experienced a few that would sell their own grandmother to get a commission - others seem lazy and blamed everything on Brexit. Not so with Eveleighs - and as a buyer, I wasn't even their client! Yet I found them to be professional, diligent and most importantly, act with integrity in all my dealings with them. I'm particularly grateful to Robin and Lynne for all their assistance in the purchase of our property. As a buyer you have different needs with the agent. I wanted easy access to the property when I needed it and I wanted confidence that they had my interests at heart as well as the vendor's. Eveleighs came up trumps on both. I was kept in the picture the whole time even though I was out of the country for most of the transaction and, despite being part of a large chain, Eveleighs maintained excellent communication and ensured deadlines were met.
