GoogleI am a single man, 63 years old. 9 years ago due to bad luck found myself looking for a place to rent. Davies and way estate agents, Keynsham. Bristol. Found me that very place. I have lived here for the past 9 years. Any concerns I contact Davies and way, and without hesitation they are on it. I find them to be friendly, and certainly go above and beyond to make sure my life is as stress free as possible. I can't thank them enough. I recommend them without hesitation. Definitely 5 star ⭐ service.

GoogleThis is my first time using Davies and way, honestly I was impressed by their professional service. All credits would have to go to Scott Matthews he's the one i had all the dealings with. From initial viewing, through the reference checks (which were a breeze) then onto the clear communication medium between myself and the new landlords. It was great! He was great! Highly recommend Davies and Way! And if you're lucky as me you may just get to have Scott on your case then sit back and watch the time go by before you know it its move in day!

GoogleHave used Davies & Way twice now, first time was around a year ago and recently for my latest move. It's been smooth sailing on both occasions however this time especially I've been really impressed with the level of service. With everything going on regarding the current situation, moving has been stressful due to the uncertainty, however Ben and Rebecca in lettings kept me informed throughout the process in regards to how things were progressing and made alternative arrangements to ensure I could access my new property on time. Highly recommend.

GoogleReally bad and unprofessional. I Rented a couple of properties from them and they never repaired anything and if they did the rent would increase. Always said they would chase things up and never did. They never Carried out inspections. They also made a mistake on my check out and told me I was liable to pay an extra months rent due to their error and refused liability. Davies & Way took a ridiculous amount of time to process anything (E.g. deposit return, complaints etc...). I would have to keep phoning them for weeks only to be told MR X is busy I'll get them to call you back, and they never would. I also sent an email requesting to know what complaints body they are with and they never replied and just avoided it on several occasions.

GooglePoor experience. Unanswered emails and curt email reply when you do receive a reply. Turned up to viewing and had given us the wrong time. Agent parked her car in the only spot which meant we had nowhere to park. Would avoid, they like to have their signs everywhere but don’t value customers.

They are responsive to requests, always helpful, very efficient and most importantly to me, they are friendly whilst still being professional.
