Responded professionally and quickly to initial enquiry. Friendly helpful viewing. Liaised promptly and fairly with landlord in rent negotiations. The reference process was thorough , straightforward but non stressful. The agents ensured I was able to move into the flat on my proposed date. I would highly recommend them; no spin, no flannel and easy to deal with.
