GoogleFrom the first interaction Claire was fantastic. During the viewing she was informative and supportive with questions about the house. Once I had decided to move forward, she was immediately on the ball to get all the paperwork in order and responded to every question rapidly and in great detail. She ensures that the house was ready to move into, was extremely diligent in ensuring the inventory was thorough to protect both the landlady and myself as a tenant. She was constantly good humoured, flexible and professional throughout and if/when the time comes to move, I will certainly be using Simpson and Partners again based on this experience.
