My experience dealing with Simpson and Partners was excellent. Peggy in particular was professional and provided excellent customer service by building rapport and matching properties to my requirements. She always followed up with calls and emails to update me step by step on how my purchase was going. I have dealt with many agents whilst buying and selling property but I can safely say that Peggy is at the top of her game. I cannot praise the team at the Kettering branch of Simpson & Partners highly enough. They have sold two properties for me in the last eight months. All the team have been so professional, friendly and supportive throughout the process and most importantly for me, not too pushy with either myself or potential buyers viewing the properties, they have struck just the right balance which has resulted in the successful sales of both properties. I have also had dealings with the letting side of the business as well at this branch and again, no different, a great service throughout with the same theme of professionalism, supportive and friendly service with the desired successful outcomes. I would say from my experiences that Simpson & Partners are without doubt the best property agents in the town by far and if you are considering their services then don’t hesitate, they have been brilliant for me, for which I am very grateful and thankful for.

Just completed my first house purchase through Simpson and Partner, without a doubt the best estate agents in the county. The process was effortless, clear and concise communication between myself and the estate agents. I specifically communicated with Sophie and Kevin during my purchase, who both were very supportive and transparent every step of the way. Couldn’t recommend them enough, the customer service and support compared to larger agencies feels more personal being as they’re a small independent estate agency. If you’re in the Northamptonshire area, Simpson and Partner are top notch.

Literally cant fault this company they have been very helpful, professional and efficient, amazing from start to finish. Ian and Sophie in particular have been great, really helpful. All the other staff I'd had dealings with have also been brilliant I just can't remember their names. After phoning multiple agencies to help with a rental, Simpson and Partners were the only agency who got back to us (went out of their way to assist under unique circumstances). I always get a first class service from Claire at Simpson and Partners. She has been arranging lettings for me for 11 years and is really experienced at finding excellent tenants who respect the property and are reliable with rent payments etc. She really knows the local market and what is a reasonable rent ( for both tenants and landlords!). I have recently had a complicated situation which required a 'bespoke' tenancy agreement - Claire executed this promptly and efficiently, giving me the confidence that the Agreement was 'fit for purpose'. Leanne Brown is a despicable person, prejudiced and above all xenophobic, clearly in her attitudes. It’s an absurdity in a country formed and totally dependent of immigrants. Therefore I recommend that no one, I said NO ONE search for any property by Simpsom and Partners.
