GoogleI have just completed on a commercial lease through Berrys and found them to be very professional from my first viewing through to completion. Thanks to Neill and Kevin.

GoogleSpeaking as a solicitor, Kevin's support as an agent was invaluable in getting this deal done. A complicated transaction made worse by unhelpful solicitors but Kevin greatly assisted in ensuring all parties including seller, buyer and relevant solicitors and even tenants within the building kept a cool head.

GoogleThe Personal Touch There are the online methods for selling your home, but Berrys go above and beyond all matters concerning property sale. The kindness of Mr A Farnsworth, answering emails telephone calls on Sundays, offering to take flowers to my mother in a care home, (with me living abroad). The diligence of his staff, chasing the sale to the finishing line, many thanks to you all.

GooglePierre was extremely helpful answering queries about the valuation of our home. I would certainly consider using them as our acting agent should we come to sell in the future.
