I'd been using another agency in town but after 12 years, increasing fee's and some mistakes, I felt a change was needed when the tenant left. I spoke to Vicki and her team, she viewed the property, advertised and rented it, all within 10 days for more rent and less fee's. I've been kept well informed and their IT systems seem to work well. I cannot recommend Belvoir, and in particular Joanne, enough! Within less than 48 hours, Joanne found tenants for my rental property and has been so very professional and efficient. It is rare to find somebody proficient like Joanne, she has provided first class service throughout. I am a Landlord who will be purchasing further properties and I will not be using any other agent apart from Belvoir, and Joanne. I am also aware the tenants are very impressed with Joanne and so she has been brilliant for both parties, again, something that is not common. I strong recommend anybody who is searching for a property to rent, or is a Landlord looking for an agent to manage their property/portfolio, reach out to Belvoir and Joanne!

From the very beginning, over 6 years ago, Belvoir have been offering support to the very best of their abilities, which couldn't have been easy with my landlord Living abroad. An example of our experience with Belvoir on day 1: On my moving in day, there was a miscommunication and Bobby himself came out to me and my family, in readiment to get stuck in and help, he also brought extra help with him too! This was so kind and thoughtful..quite honestly he went above and beyond, setting the standard on which Belvoir was to subsequently follow. As many experience, some landlords (the owners of the houses) do not have the "live in" experience when things desperately need attention,this separates their reality from those that rent their property. I'm glad to say that as a "middle man" lettings agency; Belvoir, managed the difficult situations with integrity and care towards myself as a Tennant, and the landlord respectfully. HOT TIP: On moving in, take your own recordings and photos, so when you move on, you have a comparison of the property. Keep all receipts for all improvements and changes you make, so you can evidence them. The Kettering Belvoir team showed true care. That said, this does not mean that every landlord will (the owners of the rented properties). Lastly, I'd like to say that ALL the ladies in the Kettering branch are SUPERB! Professional, down to earth, approachable, kind, gracious, funny and Very energetic to resolve issues in a timely and respectful manner. They know that each family has the right to live in a peaceable fashion and they work toward that goal. Thank you so much for all your support Belvoir team! Kindest

This actually warrants no stars!! To all Landlords and tenants, DO NOT USE Belvoir Kettering!!!! As a tenant I have been threatened by Tracey McGee at Kettering branch in any which way she possibly could. I have always been a good tenant, paying my rent on time every month for 2 years, also maintaining the property and good communication skills with the agent from the start. Since Tracey has joined Belvoir we have felt let down, belittled and threatened. And we have had to contact a solicitor. Tracey threatened she will use the agent keys to let herself into our home, we have 2 small children. She also threatened she will give us a bad reference and will increase our rent, anything she could in order to bully us and intimidate us. Her behaviour has really upset myself and my family. She has used our vunerability to bully us, not realising the law and our rights. Any landlords or tenants considering Belvoir I would strongly advise to use a different agent with morals.

I rent a place through Belvoir, The actual property that Belvoir acts as the agents for is owned by either a landlord they can never contact or some shady company again who apparently can never be reached, Belvoir don't seem to be able to make up their minds.... unless of course it's to put the rent up for what is a VERY mediocre flat in a drug ridden area, Then of course they can get in touch with the company, Or landlord, That owns it very quickly and put the rent up by an unreasonable amount especially for a flat which is badly built and very subpar. When it comes to elderly tenants they seem to have no problem trying to scare them which causes an unhealthy level of stress. They also seem to think they are above the law and the women in the office actually make up laws on the spot and if you don't go along with what they say they start screaming at you. The rent increase has meant I have to skip meals for multiple days just to hang on, A company with morals wouldn't let this happen just to increase their profits but Belvoir, Especially going by their horrendous trust pilot rating, Seem to lack any and all morals and any kind of human decency. If I had a good experience with them I would've happily given them a glowing full 5 star review but sadly it's been so stressful that my nerves are shot, It's negatively affected my health and made me quite ill. Avoid this immoral company at all costs, They are deceitful and dishonest people that thrive on being evil.

A extremely abusive and aggressive manner when dealing with my concerns. They have been nothing but inconsiderate and sometimes obstructive when trying to pay them the rent. Their communication with the council and myself has been nothing short of belligerent. You would be better served buying a cardboard box and living behind the shops, as the rats are probably nicer. After seeing their comment that they checked their records and found no person named Dixon in their registration, I wonder why they would deny this, could it be shame?
