5 stars is simply not enough! Challenger Burgess were absolutely phenomenal. We previously listed our property with another local branch and had appalling service. We re-listed our property with Challenger Burgess who were worlds apart! Should have gone with them in the first instance. Fantastic communication, friendly, professional and most of all HONEST. We had numerous issues with our chain with buyers dropping out and a few other issues. Challenger Burgess took the helm (even when other estate agents were involved) and ensured there was clear, concise and accurate information being passed between all parties involved. If it was not for Paula's sheer grit and determination to get the sale and purchase through, the chain would have collapsed. Nothing was a problem, there was always a solution and communication with all the team was spot on. Everyone knew what was going on. We truly felt that the whole team cared on a professional and personal level, at times it felt like we were the only client due to the amount of support they provided! We cannot speak highly enough and have already recommended them to family and friends. Don't waste your time - go straight to Challenger Burgess!
