Fantastic team in Hythe Kent

During a very long and stressful house hunting period, Wards stood out from all the other agents in Hythe and the surrounding areas.They were professional, knowledgeable and most of all, very kind and compassionate. I felt that they were genuinely trying to help me with a difficult search and they pulled out all the stops.The branch is very well run by little Mark who clearly has great leadership skills. Big Mark was amazing at helping me secure a property at a very fair price. Darren was always friendly and helpful. Florence was my saviour, she cheered me up and gave me sound advice all the way through. Overall, an absolutely brilliant team and definitely the one I would market my own property with, without any hesitation.

What professionalism exists here

Firstly, my daughter needed a property to be moved into pretty sharpish. The staff at The Ramsgate branch of Wards were so efficient and courteous and her move went without a hitch after finding, very quickly a lovely property. She’s so happy. Secondly, I required to find suitable tenants to move into my property pretty fast. In steps the charming David Odunlami. One of Wards letting professionals. He was so efficient in sorting out every single hurdle I encountered and there were quite a few, I had to catch my breath. Quick and on point the whole way to reach, on time a very satisfactory result. I highly recommend David and Wards and will undoubtably be back with them as they are just what I was looking for. Just wanted to say a big thank you to the team at Wards Rochester (Jason, Debbie, Dawn, Matt, Devon) and a particularly big thanks to Judy. As first time buyers we didn’t really know what to expect through the whole process but Judy was on hand to answer all our questions (no matter how silly they were !). Best letting agency for first timers.

Judy Day is excellent (Wards of Kent Sales)

Judy Day (Wards, Rochester area) made our experience with Wards of Kent excellent. We are first-time buyers and viewed a property through Wards of Kent. The process between offer and acceptance was swift. Communication from the Rochester team I.E. Debra Andrews and Jason Pyle was great. At each stage the responsible person kept us abreast of what was happening and what would be next. It was really Judy Day who was constantly over-performing. Judy always had great communication via telephone and email. She would always return our calls and emails quickly and would contact us when she said she would, and even proactively. At one point being in a chain proved challenging and we nearly decided not to proceed, but it was Judy’s kindness and understanding and advice that helped to keep us motivated. Between our solicitors, and throughout the whole process, we really attribute one of the best communication and service to Judy. She would chase up updates on our behalf and really was a key person in ensuring the sale progressed as swiftly as it could throughout the entire chain. Judy Day has really been invaluable and if she’s on the team, I would absolutely recommend her and Wards with confidence. We can’t thank her enough for being so wonderful, informative and positive. Our experience with the Wards of Kent team has been very positive and we are thankful they’ve helped us purchase our first home.
