The professionalism from Becky has been exceptional, she arranged several viewings, kept communication open when we were waiting to sell our own property, and once we had an offer was on hand to guide us through the process of making a successful offer on the property that Wards were marketing. It has been a real pleasure working with Becky and the rest of the Wards team and a welcome change for an organisation to actually do what they say they are going to do. We have found an exceptional and wonderful new home made much easier by Becky and the wonderful organisation from Tina in progressing the sale.

We met Leanne at first contact who was lovely! She made us feel welcome and explained simply to us the details of buying our property. Nothing was too much trouble and Leanne was so easy to talk to. The branch manager, whose name I have forgotten ( sorry ) was also very informative and approachable and easy to communicate with. Leanne was very personable and calming, and managed to get us a very prompt viewing to allow us to secure our offer on the property.
