Exceptional Service. Wards New Romney & the team were fully supportive & helpful in assisting us with our recent purchase. In particular our agent Jake Hardyke was exceptional. He was friendly, helpful & fully onboard with completing our purchase. He assisted us most days with additional viewings, answering questions contacting our buyer & solicitor when needed. Encouraging us, to give us confidence all would be completed soon. We could not have asked for more. His relations with the other office staff & purchase progressor made everything easier. He also recommended we use their linked solicitors (Martin Tolhurst), this hugely improved the communication; we could not recommend this service enough. Jake could not have done more for us, he was patient, kind, understanding & helpful; he gave us so much time & assistance to get our purchase & sale completed we could not have asked for more. If you want a helpful & supportive experience, with clear communication & excellent customer service, choose Wards New Romney!!

Friendly, professional staff who will charge you an additional £200 to have your photos taken of your property and then you cant have the negatives. RIP off when you consider their fees. If they get viewings beware you will be doing them. No I would not recommend this agent
