They went above and beyond to be helpful and kept me updated every step of the way. Moving or dealing with property can be stressful, but they made the entire process so easy and smooth. (2022): Wards were very quick and efficient at getting my property on the market. They got to a sale in a very short space of time. They were very helpful and professional at managing the various issues that came up. They were always very polite on the phone and I never ran into any difficulties getting hold of someone to talk to. Top marks. Would use again. EDIT 2025: ... Did use again! For a pair of property sales which began in 2024. Both properties had been listed with another agent for six months and got absolutely nowhere. Wards did a smashing job getting deals on both of them in a very, very short space of time. Both of these sales took a long time to get through legals and Wards were superbly supportive throughout. Thank you to Geoff, Debbie, James and the rest of the team for their professionalism and experience. Five stars again!

Wards of Barnehurst are an amazing estate agents. Geoff, James, Conner, Anne, Becky and Jill are a fabulous team. They were able to do what other Estate agents failed to do. The service they offer is outstanding, they kept me up to date throughout my whole moving process. My property had been marketed by 2 previous estate agents before I instructed Wards. Wow - what a difference and what an excellent service I received from Geoff and his team- Geoff was an excellent and experienced leader who came and valued the property and was very supportive throughout, Kerry showed potential buyers around and was so friendly and knowledgeable about the local amenities etc and Anne kept me updated with feedback and offers. Whilst the sale was progressing Debbie kept me informed on progress with regular updates- What an absolute marvellous team - they worked so hard getting me over 30 viewings and I am delighted that I have now exchanged contracts - I will be forever grateful to each of them - Their efforts went above and beyond and I would have no hesitation in strongly recommending Wards - Thank you so very much 😀

Grace based in Rochester was particularly helpful in helping me find a place to rent. My personal circumstances for needing to rent were quite stressful and Grace made the entire process seamless and treated me with empathy. Passed referencing a month ago and no tenancy agreement

Passed referencing a month ago, but they and the landlady keep me in limbo. They outright refuse to provide a tenancy agreement before move-in, missed the legal statutory deadline to return my holding deposit under the Tenant Fees Act 2019, and told me on the phone that they 'do things differently'. They refuse to return the holding deposit and keep sending emails about moving in.
